International property management firm Jones Lang LaSalle has introduced a new property management software system as part of efforts to achieve 15 percent growth this year.
The new online tool OneView allows comprehensive reporting from a central source which can be easily accessed by clients whose property is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.
It also provides a range of reporting features including up-to-date financial statements, budget analyses, inventory and spend information, monthly maintenance reports, and an e-ticketing system to track work requests.
Dexter Norville, Head of Estate Management, a subdivision of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Property Management division focusing on luxury condominiums and villas in Phuket, said: “The fact that OneView allows our clients to access a central source of reports online helps provide transparency which is an increasingly important factor for long term successful business relationships.
